I'm trying to find a good webcam that I can record video on.

My first attempt wound up getting a webcam that only records 50 second clips, and that won't do at all.

Any ideas for someone looking to get a video blog going?

Hmm... might be more the software that came with the camera than the camera itself - maybe try it with some downloaded webcam software?
Saves you the expense of another camera if that works :)
If not, my Logitech webcam and the software that came with it records fo as long as I let it.

I like it pretty well.
