My friend is severly hurt, his car flipped over and he is out in Nebraska. He has both lungs punctured, his bladder punctured, crushed bones, and was conscience and trapped under his car for two hours while bleeding out.

I want to go be with him because I know he's got noone out there right now, but hell, I'm stuck here right now, it's not a lack of money since I'd be able to quickly get the money I needed, but I just don't know if I can get the time off I need. I have the vacation time, but I'm training employees, and just completely shattered right now. I can't do anything for him, and it's killing me. I can't stop thinking about it.
